Why does having a dog make a man more attractive to women?

It’s not that the guy is more attractive but that he looks more responsible, which is a subliminal turn on for a serious gal. Plus the puppies are just cute and give the gal an easy way to lean over and flaunt her T&A…. You’ve seen it:


Girl: Aww! Who’s this adorable guy? (Pets the dog till the guy is partly jealous of his own pet.)


Guy: (States the dog’s name while checking the gal out.)

It doesn't for me but if I had to guess, id say because it shows that he is possibly caring and responsible... and not selfish.

Has no baring on my opinion of a man to own one. A decent single guy probably can't anyways if he's working full time and lives alone. As long as he likes dogs because I have a dog.

In a general sense I imagine it is supposed to show a man who is emotionally available and able to nurture and show love.

To me it don’t i prefer cat dog are hard to read and they love to Bark for no reasons plus à lot of dog owner have no respect for people around the amount of Time I got beaten by a dog for no reasons and their owner just laugh cause it’s just for playing is crazy 🤡

I got jumped on by a dog when I was younger and had it scratch my back up, but I still love dogs. It was just playing. I find cats CAN be more aggressive than dogs, and their scratches are so thin it's easier to get infected.

It's just another vector for communication. "Oh, look, your dog likes my dog! Is it a male or a female? What's its name? Do you walk here often? Etc etc."

I don't think the dog has any increasing or decreasing effect of attractiveness, however a dog offers good opportunity to approach someone.
