A chick travels all the way from the UK to stare at me with wide eyes. Why would she do this?

A woman I was acquainted with. I left on bad terms/for the greater good. She’s been sending people to harass me and whatnot. They’ll do shit like stare at me with super wide eyes. Basically stupid shit to bait me into reacting. And it’s been happening for years. I would text her afterwards asking her why she is doing this but I would get no reply. Tbh I’m like 64% sure it is her. But what I want to know is why she is doing this. I texted her like “why are you staring at me with wide eyes and not saying anything” this happened in PA L. I fly to Oshkosh Wisconsin, go into a Walmart and I see a dude (with a woman) staring at me with wide eyes like he was overdoing it through being super expressive. And the chick with him was looking down and laughing. Is that her new dude or something. And should I fight him for taunting me. I don't know guys I love her and she betrayed me. Why does is she cold turkey over text and going out of her way to taunt me in person. I love her and want the best for her but not at the expense of myself

Sounds like some sort of paranoid psychotic delusion/hallucination. You need help. It’s not her. Likely they’re not even starring at you at all, you’re just seeing things. But if they really in reality are starring at you, yeah some people just do that. Maybe you look weird or they’re not starring at you just your direction. It’s not her sending people to do that. You need help before your mental health gets even worse. There are many examples of people who believed delusional things and did violent horrible stuff. For example a man who thought people were after him and he would see people follow him or look at him. One day he sneaked into someones home to hide from the ”bad people” who he thought followed him around. Well, in the kitchen of that home he ran into the homeowner, and older woman, and he thought she was one of ”them”, so he panicked, picked up a knife in the kitchen and stabbed her to death thinking she was one of the bad guys and about to get him. All this time nobody was after him, he had mental health issues. Even if you’re not violent or dangerous now, you still need help.
