Women, what do you wish men would understand / know about us?

There’s always been a rift / disconnect between the two genders and I think that’s it’s due to a lack of understanding and making incorrect assumptions. Is there anything you wish me knew about women? What do they misunderstand?

Honestly, just that women are people too. Like guys seem to treat us like we are all the same. They want us to appreciate there accomplishments, but never care about ours. I once was talking to this guy on hinge. He was bragging about all his accomplishments, I listened and was genuinely enthusiastic about them, but when I talked about some of my stuff he just was like "that's nice" then moved on to talking about stuff he wanted to do.

Men should understand weak and strong people have different levels of emotional processing and environmental absorption, and that a sensitive person is different from a selfish person.

I knew a bunch of church people who said I did not deserve to be in their prayer group because I was not helping people with big problems like hunger or poverty, but I would emotionally absorb 30% of the pain of others well they would absorb 0.2% of the pain of others into the it heart, so for them helping poor people was easy, because they never got emotionally invested and just helped them to gain rewards from God.
