If this happens, I'd advise the guy to walk in the opposite direction. Giggling with your girlfriends sounds pretty high school. Might be a nervous tic, but, really?

A tough guy might roll with it and work the house. "Yeah, I do cause women to burst out in laughter. It's my amazing body and good looks! They can't handle it." And follow the comment with a giant smile. Could be an icebreaker that leads somewhere.
