I usually go during the cold months, like November to March when the weather is not good enough in my latitudes to go jogging or biking.

I used to go to a mixed gym but after having been hit on so many times by desperate guys, I have found a new gym that is for women only and I have been there since it opened.

It is a much more relaxed atmosphere and you don't have to fear to be hit on by those testosterone filled guys that only go to the gym to try to hookup with women. I enjoy my time there very much.
