There is nothing generally toxic masculine about a character being stronger than another. There are women who wipe the floor with other male characters. It's a story based on fiction and superheros with and without powers.

By definition toxic masculinity and femininity is the idea of being extremely focused on being feminine/masculine, and their respective stereotypical traits that come with it, that it is detrimental for everything else. So focusing your identity on fullfilling stereotypical traits that it evolves into something harmful for those around you and yourself.

So the most important takeaway from that is, everyone who is telling you that masculinity is toxic in itself has not understood the concept of toxic masculinity.

A prime example of that in men is that they think showing emotions is bad and makes them seem weak.
An example for women is sacrificing your own health in order to care for the family, children, partner, etc.
There are many more examples but these are often the most prominent ones.

The "Palestine is a feminist issue" picture sums up today's feminist movement. I recently listened to a feminist podcast on a road trip just for giggles. The topic was "the future of feminism". The two hosts essentially acknowledged that feminism achieved all of its original and achievable goals a while ago, so they had to find new issues to fight for to keep the movement alive. They used climate change as an example of a feminist issue because "women and girls are disproportionately affected by climate change". Huh?

The Palestine thing is that some issue. Feminists must paint women as defenseless victims in order to remain relevant. They have to keep women angry at men and feeling victimized, or feminism will die because it has nothing left to fight for.
