I contacted a lawyer, actually, it was stated that as long as the parties involved both consent and the correct paperwork is signed, it is 100% legal.

Legal or not, I still couldn't bring myself to do that to someone. It still doesn't sound like it should be legal. For example, assisted suicide isn't legal even if both parties consent.
