Fact... Your brain is hardwired to save certain information that is important to remember and your brain will automatically select for you what's less important so it can delete those things from your memory.

Another way to remember certain things is to repeat them over and over again. As long as you repeat the same thing over, over and over again your brain tends to save that information as well. Things that you repeat on purpose to remember it later, is what I call a manual data save.

So your brain can remember things automatically or manually...

If you really want to boost your self esteem effectively the only thing you really have to do is simple...

Look at yourself while standing in front of a mirror and repeatedly tell yourself that you are in fact a confident woman. Bless yourself with with a powerfull sentence and speak out that same sentence 3 times a day while looking in the mirror. Keep doing this same thing 3 times per day for a month long and your brain will start to rewire itself into thinking that it's the truth.

If you consistently keep repeating to yourself that you are a confident woman... Your brain will eventually trick itself into believing that you are confident.

You can literally rewire and trick your own brain into thinking that you are confident instead of insecure. Overtime your brain will accept this trick and it will automatically starts believing that you are confident.

Weirdly enough it's really that simple to boost your self esteem. Your mind is a powerfull tool of you know how to use it to your advantage

Always talk them up and emphasize the positive. When they do good, praise them. When they do bad, put a positive spin on it.

Teaching them positive self talk instead of raising them to rely on the opinions and validation of others.
