Last month I signed up to the gym to try and improve myself physically and mentally which is slowly working but is there any other steps or things i can do to challenge myself?


Start memorizing jokes. The folks with the largest social network are often proficient joke tellers. NO sexual connotations though. Record yourself speaking so your voice doesn’t shock you. “I didn’t know you were funny”-out loud. Inside their head… wonder what else I don’t know. Memorize two and every 10 days another one. And, tell the same ones…. have you heard this one-same joke…” what you want from me-do I look like the Joker”-self-deprecating If not beautiful.
—What did the caged bird 🦅 say to the cat below? “Pardon me, if I litter”… birds 💩 outside the cage and cats-litter boxes. There’s your starter joke. June 1 take three jokes to the streets.
I can relate to the things that you said. You can set and meet your goals, learn a new skill, you mentioned going to the gym so that’s a good start
