ICE are like military. Worse yet, they are paramilitary. If they commit crimes, who do they answer to? Their superiors will try to cover it up so as not to make the agency look bad.
I've seen lists of ICE perpetrators who got identified as having committed rapes, murders and unjustified brutality, even against innocent U. S. citizens, just because they can.
There are supposedly well over 200 IDF soldiers working for ICE, doing the same things they did to Palestinian civilians.

I wonder what percentage of ICE agents who commit crimes will ever be held accountable.

The DHS list of "worst of the worst" that they caught in Minnesota starts with someone convicted of car theft, and others include DUIs and domestic violence (like many Republican leaders), some only arrested, not even charged let alone convicted. Considering they're counting pouring water on the ground to make ice as a violent attack on ICE, that's doubtful.
