He is 8 years younger than me. I initiate most our conversations. I am the one who does most the asking out when it comes to dates. Then I think we’ll maybe he’s not interested because it feels like I do most the work and back off completely. So he will reach out in a few days and be like.. Where did you go? What’s going on? I haven’t heard from you in a while. I know he works a lot and does have kids he has to make time to see.

Like yesterday I invited him out and he was like I’ll let you know if I get off in time… I heard nothing.
