Guy's Behavior

What's going on with this guy?

I kind of found this weird about the guy I work with. One day I was busy minding my business when he came in and sat his mug on the table and he stood there for a good few minutes maybe even a little bit longer, mind u in the area I work in it doesn't have nothing to do with him whatsoever everything he needs is in the backroom. So he comes over from were he was standing and I can hear my other co-worker ask him as he's approaching what he wanted and I heard him say I'm just looking, to me it was so strange. As I was looking around my area trying to figure out what in the world was he looking at cause there was nothing that he needed from my work area and we don't do the same kind of work. And on another occasion I was walking down the hall when I happened to look up and we both just looked at one another I wanna say we locked eyes I guess it was a good few seconds. It was strange to me cuz usually when I would come across him I'll look up and we would see each other and just have a quick glance and go about our business. Something in this stare was different than usual I don't know what's going on and I don't want to assume anything lol... He just seems to have this nervous energy when I'm around I even heard it in his voice one time his voice got shaky. Sometimes he even compliment me on the clothes I wear. I don't sometimes the little voice inside me screams he likes you🤣.
