Why does my sister get mad that I'm going out with a guy I like instead if her when I spend most the time with her?

I live with my sister and always talk to her, but this guy I've known for quite sometime has asked me to go on a date with him. It's been going great and I really enjoy spending time with him to the point where time feels slow yet it goes so fast. My sister has been giving me attitude or not talking to me and it annoys me because I feel like I can't enjoy time with a guy like if I can't have a boyfriend or im being selfish. Funny part is I always get left out of outings my brother and sister go to but I dont complain but now that I want to spend time with someone its a problem to her and its like im a bad person

She either wishes she had a boyfriend or she's codependent. Codependent people have no lives of their own, because they rely so heavily on other people to fill their abandonment issues. Id just set aside limited time for sister and tell her she needs a new hobby and other friends if she's lonely.

Confront her about it and tell her that she's your sister and sobby shit and then mention you that just cause you hang out with a guy doesn't make her any less important, or you can ask her what's wrong with you going out with a guy

She is happy that he seems like a good guy so far, but he asked me 2 times already planning a date ahead of time so I say yes to him then the day of me going to see him my sister asks late if I want to go out with her and I tell her sorry I'm busy and she gets annoyed

She wants me to go to the farm with her son which dont get me wrong I would like to but just not in the mood because I want to be around him he makes me laugh a lot. So I had extra time today and asked my sis if she wanted to go to farm and she said "no" mad. So im like okay?

Yeah I agree she has to get used to it because I would always stay home but now I'm going out often. I would say no she isn't a planner because she usually thinks of something to do last minute
