You can do whatever you want, I’m sure she would block you if you ask but I’m just telling you from an outside perspective it looks sort of manipulative, like you’re trying to incite some sort of reaction. After you make that request, a friend would most likely ask why out of concern. Not just “ok cool, blocked, see ya”. Then she’d probably feel inclined to apologize or to make you feel better about whatever you’re blocking her for. She’s going to feel guilty, and is that really what you want? Or what she deserves?

How? Many reasons... you're creating a false dilemma, you "can't change " your behavior so she has to either deal with it or be forced to block you. You're shifting the blame onto her, making it her fault that communication ended which can lead to guilt, she feels bad about it and unblocks you to try speak to you again.

The fact you're adamant she must be the one to block you is CLASSIC manipulator behavior. Whatever the issue is you're worried she will block you so you want her to block you first so you have control of the situation.

If you genuinely weren't being or intending on any of this you would just block her and stop talking to her like a normal freaking person.
