Do you feel guilty?

Do women feel guilty when developing feelings and acting upon them while having a happy relationship? The same question applies to men, but right now I want to hear a female perspective.

In my experience, women with boyfriends do not hesitate to flirt heavily with inappropriate touching as well.

I think it’s more likely that, in your specific perspective, you take a lot of things that aren’t flirting as flirting which is an insanely common miscommunication for emotionally stunted men in their 40’s and the reason for a good chunk of divorces at that age.


And obviously anyone with a conscience feels bad for thinking about other people while in a committed relationship. If this has not been your experience, see the above statement.

Wow, talking about a prejudice. I know what flirting is. You seem to conclude that I am emotionally stunted which is far from true. I'm quite aware of my emotions and am not afraid to share them. Life and experience taught me to be open and honest. That's why I would like to know why men and women feel entitled to flirt heavily with others with inappropriate touching involved without feeling guilty. I want to understand the female perspective.

Men struggle to make emotional connections without making sexual ones first, and women are the opposite: they can’t feel comfortable making sexual connections without making emotional ones first. The issue here lies in the fact that emotional connections can also just be platonic without any romantic or sexual intention. Does that clear it up for you?

Again, you make false assumptions. To make things clear, the women I talked about, she and I have an emotional connection, we talk easily and are intrigued by one another. So the emotional connection is there already. Besides, the same applies to me. So, why do you find it hard to answer my question? Does this woman (with a boyfriend in a happy relationship), whom I have an emotional connection with and who flirts with me and even touched me inappropriately, feel guilty about doing so? It seems as if you refuse to admit that women do this?
