How often do you find yourself feeling a sense of guilt about something?

Very seldom. Generally, if I'm doing something bad it has already been thought out beforehand and I've already come to grips with the potential collateral damage as the best possible course of action given the circumstances and the other choices I have to choose from.

But if I accidentally do something stupid in the moment yeah, I've felt guilty about it.

Rarely, guilt only visits when I’ve betrayed my own values, not when I’ve disappointed others’ expectations..

I’ve learned that peace comes from alignment, not approval..

I’d rather be misunderstood for being true, than loved for being someone I’m not..

That's pretty rare.

I don't generally feel much guilt. I try to be a conscientious decision maker and really think things through because I can't stand the idea of someone getting screwed over as an unintended consequence of decisions I make.

I avoid saying things before I am certain about them. I try to ask the people my decision might impact about ways I can minimize any harms they might experience.

A lot... I've made a lot of bad choices in life. Or just dealt with bad situations that I wish I never had to deal with. It fucks with me when I'm trying to sleep or just sitting around without noise.

Really. Sometimes it's too much jittery 😁 but I've had my enjoyment of sugar + otherwise I'll get fat and diabetic if I keep plowing the soda 👀
