That's more of a biological thing, because women seek socio-economic status. Men seek youth and fertility. Age gap relationships seem hot.

Having said that, a quick glance into the real world shows us that there is not necessarily a positive correlation between maturity and age. Some younger women are very well put together. Some older women are a fucking walking disaster. Where I work, some of the older women are actually the worst people. The youthful female recruits are more mature and sensible than the old goats who backstab and cause constant drama. There was a 16yo who started, and a 20 year old. Both very sensible and professional. The 67 yo who just retired was a fucking nightmare. In the week of her retirement I got into a shouting match with her on two days.
