I’m not entirely certain about the question. Are you asking? Is it OK to date an ex coworker? Sure. There’s nothing wrong with that at all. I would give it a shot and see what happens if you are somewhat interested in this girl. She’s obviously interested since she reached out to you to get together even after you all were no longer working together. That’s a clear sign that she’s interested in you as a person or at least as a friend.
