Ugh I’m so disgusted how to stop?

Ugh, I don’t know how to stop being rude to most men especially if they are attractive… I hate when attractive men are “nice” or pay attention to me because I just feel like they want an ego boost and I’m never wrong! Every time I think that they are interested genuinely they have a girlfriend or they just wanted to see if they can get a reaction… not anything more and it really impacts my self esteem because it seems so genuine … I keep my head down, roll my eyes and show no interest

Assumptions are only hurting yourself , why you shouldn’t assume things, especially when it comes to meeting someone you are attracted to. I use to be that way with girls’ , until I realized I was only hurting myself by doing so, , we can’t read peoples’ minds, so that’s why it’s not wise to assume things, especially negative things. When I stopped assuming things and just went with the flow , I ended up having great connections with girls’ that I was attracted to , it’s a chance we all take when it comes to meeting someone new , on whether they are in it for the long haul or short haul , either which way it’s better to try then not try at all is how I look at things. I rather know the truth over assuming I know the truth , yes some girls’ just wanted sex and some girls’ wanted more than just sex. Sex to me is a great thing , so why hold walls up to it

My advice to you is just to set boundaries with a guy that you like , and do not give into him right away., meaning don’t have sex with him until you form a friendship first , and find out as much as you can about him before even considering having sex with him. That’s pretty much what I do with girls’ that I meet these days , that I am interested in , I just put her on a friend level to get to know her as much as possible before even talking about sex or having sex with each other. Into me or just likes the convenience of me. One thing to look for is how much time they invest into you , if a guy is calling you or texting you on a regular basis , that means he is into you big time , if he doesn’t invest that much time into you and only reaches out to you here and there , then he more than likely just wants sex with you and nothing more.. so find yourself a guy that invests a lot of his time into you and you will have a better chance of finding a guy that actually wants you more than just sex. When I started to only pick the girl that was investing most of her time into me , that’s a girl I will take a chance with and in most cases , I was right about her wanting more than just sex with me. So find yourself someone that makes you their priority , that wants to hear from you and see you as much as possible over someone that only wants to hear from you or see you on their watch. . Give it a shot and hopefully it will work for you as well

Get professional counseling if you can. It sounds to me like you are rejecting them because you are afraid that if they get to know they will then reject you. I was about the same at your age. I finally got some help some years later. Don't be like me.

I think you underestimate yourself. Generally if you aren't attractive you're invisible. Even if it means nothing and you know this guy maybe looks good but is trash because of other 300 reasons, take his interest as compliment.

Unfortunately, I act similarly with women. I've been conditioned to think that no one is interested in me. I don't actually think that's true, and that attitude just makes my dilemma worse. I'm very comfortable in my own thoughtss. No one ever talks to me, so I never talk to anyone. I remain hopeful one person will eventually give me a chance.

Why would you want to stop? I just date women for the lulz. Is there a part of me that feels bad? Maybe a small part. But if they're single at this age they're likely terrible people anyhow. No one's really getting hurt. I'm just wasting their time is all.
