Honestly I can’t do this anymore?

I don’t know what to do anymore my life has hit an all time low and I’m losing everyone I love and I can’t do nothing about it. And everyone says their here for me but I don’t feel it anymore I feel like the pity me and I don’t want that I don’t want there pity I want someone who will listen and understand. Therapy doesn’t work with me because they only listen because they get paid. I don't know anymore

If someone were to offer you a few million dollars, You'd take it and say thank you right? Catch is, you don't wake up in the morning. so would you still take the money? this is a hypothetical to understand if you can work on yourself or need serious external aid. if you take the money knowing you won't wake up tomorrow then i need you to understand that you HAVE a purpose in this life. i don't know if your religious or not but god created you for SOMETHING. and that is amazing. you are breathing and waking up everyday even whilst your suffering and feel hopeless. That's so beautiful. and I'm proud of you. yet there are so many online small websites of people who WANT to help you in your darkest times of struggle. Examples-

*headspace- call them at 1800 650 890 or you can join their online community support.
plus many MANY FREE online websites and apps that are designed to help you if you dont want to talk to anyone like-

*MoodTools
* MindShift

However if you really think about this hypothetical and choose not to take the money, again, I'm so proud of you because obviously you see worth in your existence and the ability for you to even wake up is something you see with gratitude.
And therapy. That's bullshit. don't get me wrong, some places are really helpful but those small clinics with their overpriced meetings are in it for the money and couldn't care less about your experience or issues, and this is coming from someone who worked as a psychologist and psychiatrist in multiple therapy clinics.
but its also bullshit because if you want to feel better and change how your feeling and your perceptions about your problems, life, experience, then you need to acknowledge that. Truly no one else can provide that for you. but what will help alongside your acknowledgment and drive to feel and be better is someone to talk to. You say people say they are there for u but truly are not. That's because a lot of people say that to make themselves feel better and feel like they are helping with those empty promises. what you need is to join clubs, communities, people who live for each other. and i know you may think that's hard to find but if you give me the area you live in, i could easily pick out good environments in which you are able to express yourself so you don't drown in unspoken pain.
I think you are very brave for admitting what your going through. And i am so sorry that you are going through those things nonetheless. You are so amazing and worth everything.

On the road of life some people have a lot on their plate & some people have a buffet. On the road of life we all hit bumps. On the road of life we all get flat tires. On the road of life we all hit red lights & on the road of life we all hit stop signs as well. As for life it isn’t easy but then again it isn’t hard & as for you better days will come my friend.

In life I always say you should never give up, you should never give in & you should keep moving forward no matter what. In life we all fall & sometimes we have to fall in order to pick ourselves up.

As for you it’s time to turn your frown upside down & as for life I always tell people to smile while you still have teeth & as for you there is a smile there waiting to be found.

As for you I want you to make a list of ten things you like about yourself & after that I want you to make a list of ten things you are good at & after you do that I want you to share that list.

If you're serious, therapy is tough, but it worked, at least for me. I might be wrong, but I sense you might be being honest? Just because they are being paid, doesn't mean they don't care, or are not interested in what's best for you. Don't give up hope, please! Again, if your being honest and your profile if correct, your too young, you have a whole life ahead of you!
