It’s not. Shy lonely men are usually wonderful people and often the most loyal guys a girl could ask for (though those who get successful in the tech field often get a big head and end up cheating just as much as more extroverted guys).

Men who are lonely because of shyness are still cisgender heterosexual men who have no disabilities, no dysfunctions, and are still considered the top of the proverbial patriarchal food chain. Their loneliness is entirely due to their own lack of action, and the choices of no one else.
