Should I tell my best friend I love her before she moves abroad?

I’m 18 M, I’ve known this girl for 5 years or so now, she’s 17, and she used to like me at first but i didn’t feel the same, then i caught some feelings later on and i told her but she said she doesn’t see me like that anymore.

Now I still have these feelings even though I told her that i don’t anymore, she keeps telling me about other guys she meets and asks for advice, just like a brother to her, hearing that hurts a bit but I love hearing her talk about whatever so I don’t say anything, the problem is she is going to travel to study abroad soon, and I feel like confessing my feelings to her properly this time, cause last time i kinda acted like it was a small crush that will pass when she said she doesn’t like me back.

I don’t want to ruin our friendship cause I really care about her. But since she’s leaving soon and I have a strong feeling our story ends there, cause I doubt we’ll stay close when she leaves, maybe I should tell her how I really feel. I know she probably doesn’t feel the same by the way she treats me as a brother, but I think for my sake it would be better than suppressing these emotions.

That's kind of a big thing to bottle up. I'd let that out. She's moving either way so at least do it just to save yourself the "what if" game after. If your gut says you're not really going to be talking anymore then it sounds like you have nothing to lose anyway.
