It is difficult to understand, but I believe your father is offering you a place to stay, but you want to live with him instead. Is that correct? I think it is best if you speak directly to him about these things rather than going through your mom.

I was staying at my father’s, but had to leave because he was putting me in a bad position. He offered me to stay with him and his girlfriend, but I can’t bring my pets (my cat and his parrot that he left behind), and most of my things would be in storage. Told me me to give them up. His gfs place is tiny and does not like me.

Mother had agreed for me to stay with her while I find my own apartment. She bailed on me about 10 days before I had to move out (from a place because my father offended the landlord too).
