Ex keeps orbiting after breakup—has she moved on or is she just scared?

My ex broke up with me about two months ago. Ever since, she's been on and off, asking me about how my days have been until 3 weeks ago where she started reaching out more consistently — late-night calls, saying she misses me, sleeping on the phone with me, even wearing my hoodie on video calls and she still keeps some of my things. She's also shown jealousy and asked if I've been with anyone else.

But when I finally asked her what she actually wants from me, she got defensive — called me a "manchild," said she wants nothing, and that we should stop talking.

I set a boundary and told her: "I can't keep doing this without knowing what you really want. I'm not waiting forever. Think about it, and then we can talk." That was a week ago. I haven't reached out since.

Instead of texting me directly, she posted a WhatsApp status (a picture of herself). I viewed it, didn't react, and she deleted it a few hours later. She hasn't blocked me, she still has my things, and I know she's been watching my activity — but she hasn't messaged or called.

I still care about her, but I'm not going to chase.

Is she genuinely done, or is she just too scared and proud to reach out first after everything she said? What do you guys think?
