Why do 30+ year old women trade the innocent sparkle of curiosity in their eyes for a fiery unquenchable hatred and retribution towards men?

It is actually the U25's that are most hostile. Only 7% of men in that age bracket have an unfavorable view of young women. However 65% of U25 women have an unfavorable view of men. That's nearly 10 women dislike men for every man that dislikes women. Only 11% have very favorable views of men.

When you go up to 30, 50% of women have unfavorable views of men. That is still a lot but it is down in terms of hatred with the U25 cohort. Unfortunately the New Statesman survey didn't check 30+ attitudes.

Kinda explains why that it feels like men collectively are in bad marriage with women collectively. Even young women with a boyfriend indicated dislike of the boyfriend.

A clue here is the young women reported talking about politics a great deal. I think we can guess feminist politics.

it’s not about 'hatred', it’s more about boundaries. by age 30, most women have dealt with games, ghosting, or broken promises to trade naive optimism for a high-powered BS detector.
