Yes. I've been in both co-ed and women-only gyms. The co-ed gyms the guys are always distracted and trying to get the girls' attention, which can become a little annoying if you're one of the girls. The women-only gyms you only deal with one or two annoyingly competitive b*tches, so you change your schedule to avoid them -- so much easier.

Mine has some female-only hours set aside a few random days a week, but I've never gone out of my way to show up at those times. It's a nice idea to have available even if I don't ever necessarily partake in it.

If men dont hold them selves to certain standards no woman would be attracted to them. The question was should women have a gym just for women so that they have a 'safe space'. Personally i love women and i think women should be able to get in shape and work out without feeling like they are getting unwanted attention and feeling uncomfortable. We should.
