How do you feel about an only womens gym?

One of the frustrations men faces is sometimes woman can show up at gyms and try to distract them by showing off. I imagine woman deal with the inverse due to people being people. I see nothing wrong with having certain private places that are sex based. England has gentlemen's clubs where woman are banned by tradition. Also just to give men a place to hang out with other guys and have some peace and quiet and play some chess or drink a whiskey. Woman like hanging out with woman sometimes so men like hanging out with men of course. What's wrong with designated places for this that you can choose to engage in?

If men can have Gentlemans clubs why can't woman have their own clubs? I wouldn't have anything against a gym that was men's only so I wouldn't care if there was a gym that was womans only. Also, when you're working out, you're showing off a lot of your body by necessity of the activity and frankly guys and girls get sick and tired of people leering at them when they're trying to focus. there's a difference between quick glance and gooning.

That said I understand why woman would want this a lot. When you're showing off that much of your body as a woman, I'm sure it can be uncomfortable in some cases. I'm not going to sit here and pretend that woman don't have to be more careful than men when it comes to things like this so if they feel safer in an all-girls gym that's ok.

I have moved from a mixed gym to a women only gym when one opened less than 1/2 mile away from my place.

What a nice change. I can finally go to the gym without having to fear to be the victim of perverts and other voyeurs, I can do my exercises without being objectified by those men that see only an object in a woman, mainly those younger generation men between the age of 16 and 35.

Also, I can go there at all times of the day and evening without having to fear to be catcalled, molested and have to be afraid since the area is well lit at night and there are always enough people around to warrant for a security for a woman.

There should be more of those women only gyms for people that don't like to be sexualized while working out.

I'm all for it. It would remove male-female conflicts right?

But let's be real... most of the women going to a gym are going to get eyes from men or to make a TikTok video that also requires men's eyes. Whether it's a thirst trap to shame men for looking, or a thirst trap to praise men for looking.

But since all of the conflicts are caused by women... like lesbian relationships... it will have more domestic violence than a straight gym. Women's worst enemy is other women.

I believe gyms should be separate—men-only and women-only. There’s enough of women attending gyms to seek attention or to be acting in a perverted manner.

I think there should be gyms that allow only men ir only women…. And not only gym but also pools, public transport and any public place should have an option for only men or only women…. It’d become so comfortable
