Well, it's your instagram so it is ok for you to post whatever you feel like posting on it that is within their rules. It's probably a good way to get yourself some followers, though you might not like which gender some of them are lol. I don't mind when someone does it, but I also don't go looking for them, so I'd possibly just scroll past it without looking that close and keep going. But it's always ok for you to post what you feel like. Whether anyone will like it or not is another discussion. Someone will.
