Why do women have this idea in their heads that if a guy isn't unconditionally nice that he's a fake nice guy?

Women generally have an aversion to accountability. Anything other than “unconditionally nice” suggests that women have some accountability for how they treat men and therefore how men treat them in return. They don’t want that. So they create this new framework that absolves them of any and all wrongdoing. As usual.

Women that think this way (not ALL do), think this way because that woman is typically a very poor judge of character. She makes the same mistake that a lot of younge men make. And that's that "attractive = a nice or "good" person. And if anything that probably counter to that. Ergo she CHOOSES men who tell her what she wants to hear (because she wants to believe it so it isn't that hard). They f*** her (because her self worth probably isn't that high to begin with). Then they toss her in the gutter. Where she likely belongs after a while anyhow.

After a while she believes this about all men. Because if you only entertain dogs with fleas you're going to assume that all dogs have fleas. She's just too dumb to realize she's her biggest problem.😆

What do you mean by "unconditionally nice?" The fake nice guy is the guy who does favors hoping for sex. The real nice guy is the man who helps others appropriately with no expected return. He opens doors, he lifts to let another car merge in front of him, he helps friends move. If a real nice guy is interested in a woman, he plans a date and invites her. He doesn't chase her offering to drive her around, to do home repairs, or other favors appropriate for friends, not strangers.
