It depends whether your definition of conditions is self serving judgments or harassment towards people who anger you, or whether it's the willingness to be ethical, even when angry or sad. You have an obligation to be ethical even under duress. You don't have to be sweet and tender twenty four seven since even God gets angry at people but you do have to be ethical or at almost ethical. God is not unethical when he shows anger because there are times where anger is appropriate.

That attitude allows them to deflect from their behavior that signalled that the girl did not deserve to be treated nicely. So mamy people don't want to accept resposibility for their own actions.
