Do women lose attraction if they hear a guy cried from work stress?

As an adult male, I had cried at one point on the job infront of a fellow work partner I confided in due to the overwhelmed I felt at work due to stress and the way the then manager was pushing me. It is valid that I was slow to understand some concepts, but I felt completely isolated and opposed. And this person I cried infront of, during that time, I told him that I just didn't feel comfortable crying infront of a woman (not that is a 'sexist thing' but have heard and witnessed situations of women loosing respect/attraction of guys they saw cried) as this happened out of a blue. To my surprise, days later, everyone in our office knew and his organization as well. And have seen how some of thier behaviors towards me have shifted. Not sure if it is because it has to do with work environment or me as a person for real. So I'm trying to get women's perspective, or even guys too if women are turned off by this aspect especially in this scenario?

As a man I’m going to say yes. It’s not 100% across the board. I noticed 3 women said no. But here’s the question. They say no, but would they date you? Women tend to look at men more so than we look at them for stability when things go wrong. Someone has to remain calm, to be that Rick, to reassure her that everything is going to be ok. So if you’re crying, then she will panic even more because more than likely if you’re crying, she’s thinking man it’s that bad that he’s even crying. So now she’s looking at who she’s supposed to go to be her rock. A lot of women will say no it doesn’t bother them, but they won’t date the man. In a relationship that you’ve been in for quite sometime, it may be ok. But even than that’s not a guarantee. I don’t listen to what women say. I pay attention to what they do. A lot of the time they mean the opposite of what they say. Many of them won’t say no it’s unattractive because they don’t want to look like the bad person in all of this. I’m not you, but crying at work. Hell no. Now if a family member died who I was very close to, I get it. But work. If it’s to the point where it makes you feel that way, maybe you should quit. Your job would replace you in a a heartbeat id you quit or died. It’s not worth the stress or fucking yo your mental health. I’ve heard of women as well as watched videos of women leaving their many because he got knocked out in a fight. She thought to herself, he’s supposed to protect me but he can’t even protect himself. It was a turn off. You weren’t even in a physical fight but you cried, how do you think a lot of women are going to look at you? Probably the same. It’s unattractive to a lot of them. The crazy thing is most of them don’t even know it till it happens to their man. Remember nothing has meaning unless you give it meaning.

Almost universally yes.
This varies moderately from one woman to the next, but generally it’s true that women expect to be able to assign your values for you. If you cry over something that she doesn’t think you should cry about, she will always hold it against you. If you don’t cry about something that she thinks you should cry about, she will always hold that against you too. But not as strictly and for different reasons. Stoicism is masculine. You might be called “insensitive”, but you can still attract women and maintain relationships. Crying over little sh*t is weakness and they will either cheat on you or dump you, sometimes both.
Crying about work is 100% no-no. As a man, you have two jobs, protect and provide. Demonstrating fear or weakness in either of those categories is wholly unacceptable. It’s social suicide in no uncertain terms. Men and women both will shun you.

No. Some get overwhelmed and break down. I am not going to hold anyone to it because they were emotional. I guess maybe most girls would be understanding. At least myself and girls I know would be.

IMHO, not necessarily. Crying in front of others is troublesome because, in the jungle that the workplace is, showing any kind of 'weakness' can and will be used against you.

So, whether it is in front of a woman or a man, they must be really trustworthy for you to allow yourself to experience a moment of commotion like this without risking backlash.

I think it is not a question of attraction itself, but more about being considered weak if caught in such a vulnerable moment.

Yes, women loose respect, and thus attraction, when men cry for reasons not brought on by extremely traumatic events. Emotional men are seen as unstable and feminine.

It may not be a popular thing to admit and I'm sure many women will disagree.

But in the end, all you need to do is see first hand with your own observations before and after it became known you cried at work from stress.

Women like men who project confidence and security. Crying does the opposite.
