Women does it bother you when a man cries?

What if he just lost his mother? What if he lost you... Would you want your man to cry if something horrible happened to you? Why do some women cry but then think that a man should not cry? Why not hold yourself to the same standard that you hold another person to? Seems one sided.

Can someone be themselves and express emotion in their own house if you're married to them? If you can't be nurturing to your significant other then how will you be for your children?

Sometimes men cry in front of their significant other to test them to see if they are nurturing and loving and care about them or not.

I know that most women out there are good women but these are valid questions to ask.

How would you feel if a man did not let you cry?

I would be worried if it didn’t bother them, like I’m in emotional pain, how could they not be bothered at all by that? I don’t want a cold indifferent partner. Like if she didn’t have any reaction to me crying, I’d wonder if she had emotions

Its absurd to think people would not let their spouse cry to gender - crying is a very humane emotion and is needed. If my significant other cried in front of me I woudl probably cry too

I soak up emotions like a sponge, and it would be upsetting to see someone I care about in pain

Doesn’t bother me. Feels like more of an honor. When a man has cried to me, I hugged him and stroked his hair until he stopped and was able to collect himself.
