What are your honest thoughts on so‑called ‘pick me’ girls?

I don't know if people understand what that term means, but usually pick me girls are insecure and seeks validation for compliments to boost their self-esteem by men or friends in a very … let me show off constant thirst traps, let me talk down about myself and have others say something nice, etc. I’m actually not for quality traits of girls like that and thinks it’s annoying. Low key feel like it’s a victimize mentality. I don’t think a confident girl needs validation from anyone but herself because she already knows her value and worth. An individual can work on their self-esteem by loving themselves first. I understand if a girl seeks validation and reassurance from someone she is seeing or in a relationship, which is a different context.

I like them, I think they do the men a favor, that's of course if we are talking about the right pick me girls, I dont think there's anything wrong with bragging about things like virginity or traditional values, because in the world we live in now, I think those types of things are worthy being proud of, as for the ones that are mean, those aren't pick me girls, they are divas.
