Just curious, why there are different labels for the same things.
I kinda hate it, love should at least be acknowledged.

Because obsessive men tend to become controlling, and in some cases they can even harm the woman, either physically or psychologically.
What can an obsessive woman realistically do in most cases? If a guy isn't interested, it's usually easier for him to get away from her and move on.
