What is your attachment style and how did you figure it out?

I don't even know what this is... but I looked it up and it sounds like absolute bologna, because it reduces dramatically and oversimplifies one of the things that are the most complex, intricate and complicated dynamics, as well...

anyway.. this one sounds more like mine

1. Secure Attachment Style
Core traits: High self-esteem, high trust in others, and comfort with emotional vulnerability.

Relationship behavior: They effectively communicate their needs, handle conflict constructively, and balance intimacy with independence.

Childhood origin: Caregivers were consistently responsive, validating, and reliable when meeting the child's needs.

and this is what I mean by kind of BS because... althought the Core Traits and the Relationship Behaviour do resemble my every relationship ever... the "Childhood Origins" are completely off, lmao

my parents didn't give me "validation" because I really didn't need it either, nor would seek it, and my needs as a kid, a lot of it was "neglected" or "cold" but don't get me wrong... my parents were not awful parents, and they were not careless at all... but they were a bit carefree on the emotional side, and mental as well... and this is the opposite of what the definition claims, lol

I honestly don't know what my style is. I just got attached to the guy that I was interested in. Two years together now.

There are tests you can do online for it. I did mine and got disorganized attachment. It explains behavior it's kinda neat
