Why did she suddenly change attitude toward me?

So there's this girl in my class who I have heard likes me and well I like her too. Usually she enjoys talking to me and it is pretty obvious she likes me. Everyday for 2 weeks, I would ask her if I could borrow her highlighter and she would always bring an extra one to class for me, but today she didn't. She looked very thoughtful today, and when I asked her for the highlighter, she said she didn't bring an extra one. Then on our way to lunch, our homeroom teacher told us to get in girl and boy pattern, when I asked her if she wanted to cut in front of me, she flat out said no and just continued walking. She never acted this way toward me or anybody else. Why is she acting this way? My friend says its because she's a Scorpio, but I don't think that has anything to do with her actions. I'm crazy over this girl and I need answers...

Maybe she thinks you don't like her or is mad at you for not talking to her since you know she likes you? Orrr she's embarassed that her friend told you she likes you so she's being all cool and acting different. I suggest trying to talk to her one on one if you like her and tell her.

Maybe she thinks the only reason you talk to her is because you need a highlighter. Bring her a highlighter and tell her that you are re-paying her kindess because she means a lot to you.

Try asking her if she's alright..Maybe something happened at home?
