Is it wrong that I sunbathe on my balcony?

I am on the tenth floor, my balcony is pretty much covered and during the afternoon, a lot of sun is on it. So I strip down to my bikini to sunbathe. No one can see me at all, except a helicoptor did go by and so they probably saw. But no one on the other floors can see me and I wait until I am lying down before I undress. I was texting a friend today and she asked me what I was doing today and if I wanted to hang out. I told her. She said I was a major pervert and it was disgusting wrong that I lay on my balcony in a bikini. I explained that no one can see me at all, but she says it doesn't matter and there are probably kids that live in my building who play on their balconies. Does it matter if they would never be able to see me. It is impossible for anyone to get a glimpse of me, even if I were standing up.

btw she thinks its wrong for people to wear bikinis instead of one piece at the beach so this to her is wrong since we're in a city, and so that's why I wonder if she might be right this time, it is a city

because everyone wears them at the beach, so its kind of expected there. only time I see it wrong is if its someone (like her) who doesn't have the body for it but I keep that opinion to myself, but I think she already knows she can't wear them
