Do guys or girls cause more drama?

Someone told me that 'girl drama' is actually guys' fault, and the next moment a different girl told me that girls cause it. Comments?

Ironically, the girl that told me that girls cause all of the drama ended up not being my friend anymore because she was starting drama. WTFFF

guys despise drama - or at least I do. I've found that both guys and girls tend to attach meaning to the actions of other people, but only girls really take their interpretations seriously and discuss it with each other.

For example, if I were to drop a pencil, look down at it and decide not to pick it up, chances are the reason is something simple like "I'm in a hurry." But someone seeing it may think "oh, he thinks he's too cool to stoop down and pick up a pencil." However, only a girl, or anyone with feminine qualities, would tend to convey this idea out loud and potentially create a scene.

In my experience, men do a lot more pointless activities but women are the ones who interpret them into drama.

This is one of those objectivity problems we face all the time. If you stand back and look at the situation, considering the personalities involved, you'll be able to pick out the drama queen immediately, be they male or female.

Everyone creates drama in different situations. Women just produce it more often in relationships as a way of testing things. Men do it in traffic when someone cuts us off, or at work when we're passed up for promotion, or in the gym when some dude keeps staring at us...

We just don't want drama with women. You're our safe haven, in the dramatic storm of our lives.

Duuude. Guys totally delude themselves when they say they don't create drama. I know tons of guys who play games with girls heads just to see them react. For instance, trying to instigate two girls to "fight" over him. Same goes for mocking other guys or taunting them to get a response. I've seen guys pick on their friends until the other guy snaps, just to see him do it. Some guys like to establish a sense of psychological domination over others with "drama" just as much as some females do, they just see it differently.

there are some guys who cause drama too. but women win hands down. it's probably the way women are wired to be overly sensitive, to want people to magically know what we're feeling/thinking without us having to say anything, etc. I can't stand my female friends sometimes because of the sh*t they start for no apparent reason. it's like they crave for their lives to be as dramatic as a freakin soap opera. maybe that's why women like watching these shows so much because of the damn drama.

This is how this goes. Women think more about situations than guys do. Guys do actions that girls think about. Then the girl questions him and he freaks out cause he didn't think his action was that big of a deal. So, it's than man's action and the woman's mind combined that creates the drama.

I've worked in mixed company for a long time, but one time I had a field service job that did computer work at mortage companies. Many of the offices were 100% women, and the drama was vicious and out of control there, every time. In offices where at least 20% were men, drama fell considerably, and in offices where 50% or more were men, there probably was drama but it wasn't obvious to an outsider at all.

Ask girls who have worked in all-female offices what it was like, and I think you'll have your answer.

Women cause more. I've been with some women who love to push a guys buttons early in a relationship to test them. I don't know any guys that think like that. My ex would tell mean jokes in front of my friends and I would fire back with a joke along the same lines and then she would avoid me for the night. A lot of women seem to like that one.

I also think women cause issues because they want something to talk about with their girlfriends. These women are the flaky Carrie Sex and the City types and thankfully there aren't many of them.

Women cause more drama. For example, when all of my roommates were guys, there was no drama. As soon as one of my roommates moved out, and a girl was allowed to move in. Drama increased ten fold.

No, the drama was caused by the females. It wasn't because of not use to living with a female, but because she caused drama.
