Why does this guy always seem to be staring at my face and not my body?

He's at guy at college, I've noticed him look at me and I'll look at him and mutual eye contact will last forever. The other day he caught me looking at him and I was wearing a kind of low top with my girls showing sort of and not to sound weird but I have nice boobs lol BUT he didn't looking at my body at all... he stared straight into my eyes... so much so I have his eye color memorized lol just wondering why that is especially since I heard he's a player and acts like a giant flirt too:/ lol

Okay, basically the guy finds you different from other girls. he is so used to liking girls for their appeal but with you he has someone he knows is good looking and now he wants to get to know the person behind the nice body. Some guys get tired of the player look and try to show girls they can have a serious relationship, especially being in college. The only thing is, try to get to know him, if something is fishy ask his friends his personality that way if he tells you he loves cats and his friends tell you he hates animals, you know that he is bull sh*tting. I wouldn't read into him supposedly being a player or giant flirt. If he were to be one, I doubt he would put that much thought into his game and make a point not to openly check girls' body's out at first... who knows, maybe he's a nice guy who's just really insecure and masks that by having only physical relations.

Give him a chance, don't judge a book by it's cover. :P

he's popular and very confident. I've heard this guy do presentations and I'm not joking he's too good. I think I'm attracted to the confidence lol so if he was interested he would have at least checked me out then, I don't get why he looked at my body when I was covered in winter coat but then when I wear something revealing he doesn't look.

Hmm.. weird. No idea, but maybe you're over-thinking the fact that he was looking at your body? Maybe he was mostly looking at your face, but at the moment at which you looked at him he glanced at your body.

Maybe because he's so conscious of the fact that women are CONSTANTLY complaining about guys looking THERE that he's doing everything he can to AVOID looking THERE.

This is EXACTLY what I just DON'T GET about women! You hear it, quite literally, ALL THE TIME! "EYES UP HERE, PLEASE" and so on. Then, a question like this pops up! definitely the eyes. I just asked this because I thought he was odd that he wasn't looking there especially after the rep. he has... so that made me feel self-conscious as to he was not interested. But then WHY Would a guy make serious eye contact like that after you have noticed him (or caught looking) oops on my part but he so cute lol

No guy with half a brain is going to let you catch him looking at your breasts, if he's going out of his way to make a good impression.

But looking straight in the eyes like that is heavy flirting. With normal behavior, people feel uncomfortable doing that, so their eyes are more likely to wander.

Of course, that in itself doesn't make him a player. There are nice guys who know how to flirt. But if you have credible information that he is indeed a player, then most likely he's a player. The way he looks at you has nothing to do with him being a player or not.
