Why does this guy stare deep into y my eyes and has his body facing me?

When we talked, we doesn’t move his head or eyes anywhere only focused on me. His eyes not looking anywhere just literally straight at me , straight into each others eyes. almost feels blissful like pure bliss & intense feeling. His body facing me too. In past guys would never stand like this, body & feet directly facing me, they would be turned to the side, or sitting on a chair turned to the side, or looking away while talking or looking at the floor.

According to the study of body language, if they're talking to you and facing sideways, it's so they can make an easy exit as soon as the conversation is done.
However, it also says that if someone you're talking to is not looking at you and is looking at other things, they aren't very interested in you but, that doesn't apply to me. I've always been a helpful person so, I tend to pay more attention to things going on around me in case somebody else wants to know where this, that or such & such person is or went and, at that point, I can tell them. Quite often, I hardly even know I'm doing it. About 25 years ago, I was in a record store looking for a specific 45 for a customer (I used to hunt records here for people in other parts of the world) and I was right behind the front window. Every time I saw someone go by the window, I'd look up to see who it was and where they were going. One of the guys in the store saw me do this and commented on it. I just like to know my surroundings and who's around me for the above reasons.
