Well you need to love yourself before you can love anyone else. So maybe when you start to build confidence and focus on your good qualities instead of flaws you will be happier, and a happier person is more attractive than someone who's always down on themselves.
Don't say, "I don't have any good qualities" either because I'm sure that's not true. Everyone has something about them that makes them who they are and there's only ONE of you. Change the things that are within your control and accept the things that aren't. Everyone has problems and flaws, that's just life. So we need to take control of what we can and make the best of it(:
You don't need to picture any of that. In fact, if someone was sitting around picturing all that stuff, I would think they were obsessed with themselves.
Just live your life and stop worrying about whether you can picture someone having a crush on you.
