Why are some guys so obvious about staring at you?

On numerous occasions, I've had guys be very blunt and bold about staring at me. It's bleeping annoying! I don't think it's flattering. I don't appreciate the attention. It's just aggravating, ESPECIALLY if I'm not attracted to the guy. Didn't they ever hear it's rude to stare? I don't get it. When I'm attracted to a guy, the last thing I do is want him to catch me staring at him numerous times. Guys can look like creepers when they boldly, blantantly stare at a girl especially after she's looked back at them.

What is a good way to handle a lot of unwanted attention from guys?

And before some of you self centered men and/or small minded women come in here talking about "I shouldn't dress like _____"; I shouldn't have to dress like a sloppy nun in order to correct rude, bold staring from guys who obviously lack social grace.

I'm sure almost every girls ran into a situation like this, and I really don't think there is much you can do. If you wanna let them know you aren't interested or don't like them staring, I guess you could mouth to them " Why are you starting at me?" Or you could give them a weird look if the continue to stare, but most people would think that's a little rude. So I think the best thing to do is just keep ignoring them. After a while, they will realize you don't feel that way about them, and you can both continue on with your day.

If a woman is ever too attractive for me to stop looking at her, I've always found that if she says something idiotic, or acts bitchy, I tend to lose interest. Just kidding.

Try giving him a dirty look, or asking him what he's staring at. Ask him where he thinks he's going to get with you or any other girl if he just ogles you all the time.

People with predictable personalities are used to how everyone responds to them. I'm sure he's been dissed by many girls he's stared at. He'll be fine.

I never do stare back. It seems like if I don't look back, they think it's okay to keep staring non-stop, but when I look back they'll usually stop. Except one guy would sit at the front of class and literately turn in his seat to stare at me and keep staring hard no matter how much I made eye contact. But he was effing weird as hell. He followed a girl I know to her car to try and get her to give him her number. There was something off about him so I don't really know that he counts

Staring at people isn't illegal, so I don't know what you're expecting here. Just don't reciprocate.
