What GAG is NOT For

Some people just don't understand what the site, aptly called GirlsAskGuys, is for, and what it isn't for. Here are some basic starters.

1. Asking who wants to chat or be friends

What GAG is NOT For

Interpals or ANY number of other websites are ideal for this, but GAG is not solely about making friends.

2. Spamming user handles/asking for them

What GAG is NOT For

This goes hand-in-hand with #1, but it should still be mentioned here for the fact that so many people will post "questions" like, "Add me on Snap?" followed by their info. That would also be better suited in a profile on a site actually designed for meeting people and making friends.

3. Finding significant others or hookups

What GAG is NOT For

C'mon, people, this isn't Tinder or OkCupid. Are you really expecting someone to genuinely respond with, "I will" to the question, "Who wants to be my new GF"? Most people posting these do so anonymously. Boi, we don't know you. You don't seem very trustworthy if you won't even share your GAG profile with us when posting such an inquiry.

4. Asking non-questions

What GAG is NOT For

"Who's horny right now", believe it or not, is like the Cheese Nips of cheese snack crackers. Not super legit, and you kind of struggle to even comprehend how it's a thing that belongs here. In most cases, this kind of question isn't actually a question, but rather, a desperate plea for attention so that the asker can cyber-stalk and then PM whoever answers with really creepy questions.

5. Posting dick pics, bare titties, or any other naked "private bits"

Look, I hate to say it, but there are children on this thing. Sure, they're probably old enough to know what a man's pee-pee looks like, but they don't need to be seeing yours in the course of their mindless browsing of GAG. On top of that, no one really wants to see it, and it's against the Community Guidelines in the first place.

6. Being one of the aforementioned children who actually posts overly sexual pictures

It's your body, yes, but even so, you are still technically capable of the distribution of child porn, under the law, just by posting your naked bits for other people to see. So not only have you made everyone who saw that feel creepy, you've also turned yourself into the leader of a child porn ring. Good going.
Besides that, some 17-year-olds will post pictures of themselves in underwear, which isn't as bad, but it can still be categorized as nudity, and it is still technically illegal even if you are on the cusp of adulthood.

These are just a few examples, as there are many more I'm sure I missed, but these seem to be the most common.
