It is ok. It makes women look weak sometimes like they are not able to sit on their own or get up without help. In the 1800s, the women did need help since their clothes were so tight and did not get enough oxygen in their lungs.
Just my take, but ladies, act ladylike. And gentlemen, act gentlemanly. It certainly gains a lot of respect from me, but don't always restrain your fun side, as it can be equally as attractive.
Chivalrous men...
That's an odd way to spell "cucks and chumps".
They aren’t all betas. But unfortunately that’s how most women really look at them.
Notice her verbiage about how she got her butt slapped in the bar. It wasn’t “my boyfriend” came to the rescue but “my guy friend”.
Yes chilvarous guys are the best... best to friendzone
Most women seem not to appreciate it from my experience. Not because they dont like chivalry, but because they dont like the guy its coming from. Most women want only handsome men to treat them chivalrously.
Also many women are obnoxious and simply do not deserve chivalrous treatment because of that.
Good stuff. It is a matter of courtesy and glad to see someone appreciates it.
Unfortunately, what happens is plenty of women still say they like chivalry BUT they only hook up, date, pay attention to non chivalrous men. Women often say one thing and do another. This is why many men don't bother any more.
The same could be said for some men---they say one thing and do another, but I don't let those ruin all men for me or become bitter over some idiots because as I know there are plenty of good men out there.
Absolutely right MyTake Owner!
I don't expect chivalry, but I've only ever dated men who display it.
Bet you still want womens rights though and want to abandon your roles as a woman.
Men can't be chivalrous anymore. Because the women can be strong for themselves nowadays, so to be respectful has become offensive.
I feel that most of this is just having good manners...
Bless your soul, cause I've encountered many females who would throw lines lile, "I can open my own door" to me.

I just hope you don't want equality or this will be thrown out the window.
i do this but i dont flip from nice guy to asshole on the waiter
A gentleman does so when he takes out his date. And he also does so for everyone as we enter a building. It shows respect.
I think most guys are willing to do the little things like that.
Good take
Thanks for that.. Because of feminism Chivalry is kind of dying out.
If there's any advice I can give. It is never be chilvaris , women will not appreciate it. Not the way they say they do.
Oh no, what have you done? You have opened the "nice guy" floodgates; you fool of a took!
and people thought the patriarchy was being brought down.
