My boyfriend never wants to be outside and have fun?

I love my boyfriend very much and I am content about our relationship except for one thing. He never wants to go outside and have fun. I want to go swimming, walk on trails, etc. We did that all last summer but only once. We are always cooped up in the house watching tv or just playing video games. I'm tired of doing that. I've already talked to him about this plenty of times. My reason is that most of the year it is cold and we're always inside the house so I don't get to experience a lot. And Summer only lasts 2-3 months of the year and then we get back to it being cold again. Then we are back to the daily routine of watching tv and playing video games 3/4 of the year.

He complains about how it all costs money when walking on the trail is free and the pool near us is only 7 bucks a person. I am getting really sick of him always just wanting to 'relax'. He only works like 7 hours and gets off at around 1:30 and only 3 days a week I might add. He has school 12:30 to 5pm. I want a real summer and he just wants to sit inside all day. What do i have to do to have some real fun around here? He never wants to be outside. :(

If he is complaining about costs, then my advise would be to grab a friend and go and do what you like to do! It is no point sitting and making him happy while you suffer, a relationship is about two people so some compromises must be made. If he continues to complain, go off with a friend and enjoy yourself. Perhaps this will spur him on to come and join you and enjoy what you enjoy.

If things are not working out, consider ending your relationship while things are at this level. If he is not willing to do things that you want to do, other more important decisions will also stall.

maybe go do those fun things with your friends. perhaps if he sees that you are going to go out and do fun stuff regardless of whether or not he'll join he may change his tune

to me it seems like perhaps the stress of money is sort of leading him to a state of temporary depression. he's worried about money so he does nothing rather than have to concern himself with whether or not he can afford stuff

Put ur shoes on so wen he knocks for u just say hey mum wants me to go out of more but dw it will be fun we can kiss in the woods and stuff then if he doesn't like the idea compromise do something boyish outside like footy then he's happy and ur outside x

You go out without him. Maybe he isn't a good boyfriend choice.
