Guy's Behavior

My crushes friend teases him about liking me in front of me but he is sending mixed signals does he like me or not?

So in the beginning of the school year I likes this guy and my friend wanted to know who it was so I told him then when we got out of class my friend yelled out saying "hey (my name) is this the guy u said u like?" And everyone was there and he was there too. So the next day he sends a girl up to me that I usually talk to to tell me not to bother liking him because he's not into me and that he wouldn't really date me because I'm 1 year younger then him so we are in different grades so I stopped liking him and he knew I wasn't into him anymore too and now 8 months later he is all of a sudden always passing by my locker and he asked the same girl he sent to tell me off how I was doing and then like a week ago me and my friend were going to the library and he was there to and my friend herd him whisper to his friends saying "that's her" then I was like wow great because he was my real first crush and he might actually like me. Then another day I was walking to gym class with my friend and his friend he whispered to in the library yelled out saying Josh isn't that her look look there she is and his friend grabbed joshed head to turn his head it was kind of funny but I just walked off pretending I didn't hear anything then again it was lunch and I was was sitting with my two friends and his friend pointed at me while walking by us and teases him and josh just looked at me and smiled but I didn't look at him. Another time I was going to history and him and his friend were there and his friend told me to wait and started to laugh and point at josh but I didn't look at them at all I just walked away. And every time he is always behind me in the halls or walking passed my locker with his group of friends. So does it sound like he likes me or no I don't wanna fall for him again to find out he is really not into me.
