Why would a boyfriend of best guyfriend want to go shopping with their girlfriend/best girl friend

Depends.

1) Maybe he's gay and likes shopping.
2) Maybe he's straight and likes shopping (metrosexual)
3) Maybe he wants your help with fashion.

The least probable situation is that he likes you and wants to hang out with you. Guys don't ask girls to go shopping if they like the girl. It just doesn't happen. We will go with you if you ask us but I've never known a dude to go out and ask the girl to go shopping with him, unless it's the reasons I gave you above.
