Ok, so this family has moved in across the street from my best friends house. There are three girls that live in that house. The oldest, a 16 year old and the one I'm most interested in, starts being mean to me for no apparent reason saying stuff like 'no one likes u' and 'u have no friends.' I don't understand this because this is only like the fifth or sixth time we have ever spoken. By the way, she was over for my friend's 4th of july party. A few days after the party, I go over to my friends house and decided to hang with him, that night-ish, me and my friend decided to talk to her youngest sister who was playing with my friend's younger brothers and she invites her oldest sister over. The night kinda progresses and it's just our little group, me, my friend, and this girl, and were all talking but she is saying stuff like that first night, and she finds a stick and keeps saying stuff like 'i wanna hit you across the face with this' to me, but instead she hits me in the leg, enough to leave a mark. when she sets it down to get up I get it and kinda corner her and threaten her with it, we were somewhere around less than 3 feet apart face to face, I don't know about other people but to me it felt kinda flirtatious, with no intention of actually hitting her with it, she becomes all girly and begs me not to hit her, but before anything else happens, her little brother (an 8 year old who looks 5-6 years old) comes up and hits me in the nuts, while shouting 'stay away from my sister.' they practically run home she says 'u deserved it' while leaving, and when I can finally bring myself to stand I look over and they're wavering and laughing at this incident (which is even kinda funny to me now). Unfortunately, I, in the p*ssed off state of mind that I was in, yell 'shut the f*** up' and give them the bird. now I know very well that wasn't the best way to handle the situation, but I was just to angry to think straight, I was angry at myself, her brother, and frankly, I was angry at her too. I don't know what to think of this, or of what she thinks of this, but everyone else I have asked is no help at all. So after all of that I can't tell if she's just being mean because she may like me, or if she's just a mean person(she says that she takes her anger out on random people) I don't know if I should just leave it at that or what.
