Why do guys get nervous around me? Im so nice?

I dont understand why guys get nervous around me. Especially confident outgoing guys. Im am so shy and quiet, but im nice so im not a threat.

Everyone tells me im so cute and adorable and very nice and I have a soft voice. They also say im a dork and all that junk. Im so nice, yet I dont understand why guys get nervous. Im not even that pretty. Im not ugly but im not gorgeous or anything. Im not a big deal. And im not even that interesting.

I used to have a manager at work who used to tense up when I would look over his shoulder or I was alone with him. He wouldn't want to be alone with me because he said it would be awkward and if we had to, he would make us walk the hidden way. He seemed nervous but it was weird because everyone said he was a player and i know he dated the hot type of girls. The manager who replaced him also acts weird. When he seems me, he tenses up and starts to blush. And he'll pretend to be mean and when I get all scared and get bug eyed, he just smiles really big and says ok.

The guy I like used to tense up when he'd see me. I thought we were good friends or at least acquaintances but before he was leaving (to another job), I jokingly asked if he was going to miss me. He just said ummmm... and turned bright red. He never answered my question.

And there's another guy at work who everyone says is a flirt. Everytime he sees me, he smiles and looks down. We talk but I don't know why he acts like I make him nervous.

And the other day, another coworker asked me for help and I stood next to him as he sat and he just smiled and turned a bit red too and got sort of quiet. In my department, we all get close like that so I thought everyone is like that.

This makes no sense to me. Im the nicest person ever. Why would they get nervous? I should be more afraid of them then they should be of me.

I always tell people to listen to their instincts, and you are no different. Many men would like to steal this innocence from you, do not let them. Listen to your instincts, and learn to trust them ABOVE your heart. Your heart will deceive you. but your instincts will not.

You are a very, very special, and precious woman. Do not let anyone take that from you. There is a light, and a warmth burning inside of your heart that is almost too beautiful for some to behold. Also, do not become proud or puffed up. The gift is not of your making it is just that- a gift.

Yeah I wouldve told the guy I liked that I liked him before he left but im glad I didnt. He has a girlfriend and he brought her with him one day even though he seemed distant with her a bit. I almost cried. I was tired of the mind games. He was the one I least expected to be nervous around me since he has a girlfriend. Everyone still told me to tell him but I know that would be a very terrible thing to do for her, as well as for me. I would just get rejected.

Probably because of the metoo movement. I understand the Harvey Weinstein case but we’re at the point where Jonah Hill is trying to get canceled for not wanting his girlfriend to rose provocative pics online. But that’s feminism.

perosnally (and I think this would be better for everybody) go back to the depiction of dating that you see in the Godfather where you have Michael Corleone going out with the woman he likes on a walk in her parents are walking 50 behind them. modern day feminist would say I am misogynist. But we wonder why they’re a trend why WOMEN ARE LITERALLY POSTING VIDEOS OF THERE PUSSY IN A SEE THROUGH DRESS. This is a direct result of modern feminism

No offense, but being the nicest person ever is not always a good thing.. Most men like kind, shy quiet women because they can take advantage of them & are easier to control. Also quietness is a super power because no one knows what you're thinking & that's why they're nervous around you.. Be careful around people sweetheart.
