If you have doubts its because its a cheat.. for me doesn't metter the gender, if you really like someone, you dont kiss other person, you dont think on other person, you dont look and you dont talk with second intentions...
Im a girl but if i was a boy im sure i will be very upset with my gf/wife..

I think it's the intention that matters. If you kissed a friend as a joke or for a picture, that's not cheating.

But if you kissed a girl because you were attracted to her, then yes. Cheating.

A kiss on the cheek is fine, but definitely not any other kind of kiss. That's when it starts to get romantic/sexual, and sharing that with anyone else is cheating and I'd be upset.
